My family and I stayed here in August 2018. The view from the balcony is amazing and we spent plenty of time on the balcony watching all the boats and relaxing.
The place is equip with everything you need to cook with and was clean , neat and tidy.
We were scheduled to depart when Hurricane Lane was approaching the island and were unsure if we’d be able to leave. When we called the 24/7 concierge they were very helpful and advised us that we could stay longer if it wasn’t safe to leave.
The only negative thing I can say is the place doesn’t have air conditioning but we knew that when we booked and it wasn’t much of a problem with the windows open and fans on.
Overall our stay was very pleasant.

We saw dolphins almost every morning we were there and the binoculars are a great touch! Beach supplies were great and the washer/dryer really came in handy too! We will definitely book again! This place is awesome!! Everything you need and more for a perfect vacation.
It is nice and roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms...great kitchen!!!
And the views on the lanai were fabulous.
It is a quick drive to town and the beaches-perfect.
I was very happy here and will definitely be back to this lovely home on the ocean.
What a great experience with Airbnb!!

Our place in Alii Villas was amazing--older, but clean, with a fantastic view, no traffic noise (we were just up from the water), great fairly large and little-used pool. Mornings and evenings on the lanai overlooking the water was perfect--dolphins each morning, lots of boating traffic (so far off, no sound), sunrises and sunsets. 1.5 miles from Kailua Village and only .5 miles from a great little beach to the north, to which we walked each morning.

This is a truly beautiful place. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Ali’i Villas. The directions were perfect. We had no trouble finding it. The view was fantastic from the lanai. We loved eating our breakfasts there and watching the sunset. There were guidebooks provided, Hawaiian music CDs along with everything we needed to have a fantastic time. It is about a mile from Kona for those who like to walk. We did it several times.

Great place. BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW (amazing for the sunset and got to see dolphins too!). Would definitely go back.
