We always choose this condo for Kona. It was our 5th time to rent it. We are always sure what we are getting with 228, clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and the view is lovely. Sure it's a bit dated, but it is quiet and provides all our needs. Thanks

The house is right by the sea, the view is very good, and all the facilities of the house are complete. It is very convenient.

Very clean and comfortable condo. A bit dated, but well taken care of. Great location. Date of Stay: 2/16/18 to 2/25/18

Great location. Really close to Kona, and local markets. Great access and right on the ocean.

Fantastic location, with great ocean views and a coffee shop just a minutes walk away. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a great family stay. Pool and BBQ areas are lovely. Will definitely stay here again!
