This condo and property are perfect, and the air conditioning was a bonus. The temperatures were in the high 80s while we were there. Easy parking, clean condo, manicured property, we highly recommend it.

This is my fourth stay in the Kailua-Kona area and this unit is the best condo that I have rented. The unit was tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen well stocked with all the necessities. The king size bed was very comfortable. Great view of the ocean. The management firm checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and didn't need anything further. I highly recommend this unit at Sea Village .

My husband and I stayed in this Sea Village condo for 11 days and it was fabulous. The bed is super comfortable and all of the furniture has been updated, it makes you feel like you are at home, but in paradise with an amazing view. The lanai has a table and 4 chairs if you want to eat outside. With the two AC units we were never hot and the condo stayed cool. The unit has everything you could possibly need in a kitchen and the refrigerator has an ice maker in the freezer for your favorite frozen drinks made in the blender they provide. There is lots of extra linen and towels along with a stackable washer/dryer that made doing our laundry so convenient. This unit was super quiet and we never heard any outside noises. The location is close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores, there is a coffee shop on the property where we grabbed a breakfast sandwich one morning as we were heading out to explore the island. The beaches are beautiful and there seems to be one around every corner, The Big Island will not disappoint you, but you do need a car to get around. This condo also has a couple coolers along with beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkel gear. There was always plenty of parking and the management company seem to always be around working on the grounds, the landscaping is beautiful. The pool area has an updated bathhouse, which includes a bathroom and shower. There are plenty of seating options around the pool and it never seemed too crowded. The property has 4 newer Weber BBQ grills and a bunch of picnic tables. The other guests at the complex are very friendly and it was nice to hear their ideas on where to explore and places to eat when you did not feel like cooking. Make sure to keep a lookout for dolphins, we saw a bunch in the morning around 10:30 am and it was great seeing them jumping out of the water. I would highly recommend this unit and we plan on visiting again soon in the near future.

I was able to stay two weeks at Sea Lodge. The two AC units was plenty to keep the condo cool. The grounds were manicured and very well taken care of. The pool was awesome and the view of the ocean was amazing, especially for watching the dolphins swimming in the morning. A very close walk to town was also nice. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Loved this condo would totally stay here again. Very nice clean updated furniture unit. Great bed comfortable and lots of extras in closet with beach chairs umbrella snorkel gear cooler everything you need for a day at the beach. Very clean and well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make any kind if meals. Beautiful view of ocean and well kept grounds from balcony with table yo eat your breakfast if meals . Very friendly guests we met at night at pool and hot tub from all over interesting conversations and tips of places they have been. Loved this place and it was do close yo beaches, good snorkeling places and the restaurants and happy hour places to enjoy. Aldo all rooms had ceiling fans and kept unit cool. I would definitely recommend this unit and very good price for all it's beauty and extras!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
