We have been coming to Kona for twenty-five years, and for twenty of those years we have stayed at various rental units. Some have been on the water/beach and others with no particular view at all. All have been in the top tier of suitability, but Na Hale O Keauhou N3 rates at the top. The unit was immaculately clean, The living and kitchen areas are spacious as are the bedrooms, the master particularly with it's ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. It is decorated in Hawaiian motifs, but tasteful and not in your face. It is a comfortable, at home place to spend your vacation. The kitchen is well equlpped for any home chef. The outside grill is super nice and the downstairs lanai is a great place to entertain with a large table seating eight people. The light switches in the unit are tastefully identified so you don't need to search to find which one does what which is a definite plus. We had occasion to call the management company, Kona Coast Vacations, for some minor issues and their response was quick and satisfactory. Their representative was pleasant, professional and respectful. We would rent this unit for next year, but alas, it is already booked for the time we need.

Everything about this trip was perfect. The condo was in great shape. Everything worked well. Beautiful views and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and driving distance to some of the most beautiful places in the world. The property management company was very helpful if needed. Can’t wait to come back

We had a wonderful visit here. The condo location was very convenient and the grounds we’re immaculate! The pool and spa were great and the condo had filtered drinking water and air conditioning. (Although, we preferred to have the windows and sliders open) There were daily visits from geckos, mongoose and neighborhood cats. (My kids were in heaven!) I called to let the management company know the a/c needs to be adjusted and they were very responsive. We were super happy with everything would definitely come back!

Nice gated community, close to beaches, farmers markets, restaurants and more. Slept 6 comfortably with plenty of extra room. Fully stocked with everything you need for a great trip. I will be back and recommending to friends and family!

This was a wonderful property in a quiet, gated community. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few issues, but they were resolved very quickly once we notified management. My husband loved having the grill on the lanai. My son used the workout room almost every day.

The location and amenities were fantastic. The Kona Coast team communicated instructions well before and during our visit. They addressed all needs we had. There are beach locations close that are gems. We will stay there again.
