We couldn't be more happy with our stay. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed from pots and pans to snorkeling gear we had it all. The sound of the waves right outside was so relaxing and we were walking distance from the beach, shops, and local restaurants. We enjoyed reading the guest book and learning from the experience of those who stayed before us. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Once I got to the airport I realized I left my jacket hanging in the closet and they immediately mailed it to me. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful property and we have stayed here in 2019. It has been updated with new windows, ceiling, TV, ceiling fans. The views are fantastic. Saw the spinning dolphins, a pod of dolphins traveling south. The property is exceptionally clean with everything you need; MacKenzie helped us navigate the inadaquate cable service. We stayed 2 weeks this time and the only complaint is that the condo needed work on the outside and we had constant construction M-F 8-5. One day, they forgot to pick up the drop cloths in our condo. We understand that the ocean is very hard on buildings, but let us know that we can't enjoy the lanai or the indoor stays as we had hoped.

The condo was amazing! Great view, extremely well equipped with everything you could need, including beach chairs and cooler! They also allowed us to check-in early which we really appreciated after a day of traveling. My only complaint was the lack of knowledge the property management had on the work being done at the property. About a week before arrival I was notified that there would be work being done on the siding of the building on the ocean side which I appreciated them letting me know, but they could not provide any additional info on hours, days they would be working, or impact on our stay. I understand these things change constantly but the #1 reason I booked the place was to spend time on that beautiful balcony. The impacts were minimal…ie the workers were smoking while working, there was machinery noise while outside on the balcony, some poles were in our view for one day, and one morning at 8:30am I looked out the sliding glass door to see one of them on our balcony with a ladder eeek! Slightly shocking while in my pjs :). We easily adjusted our plans and tried to leave when the workers were around, it just would have been nice to understand when they would be there rather then having to figure it out ourselves. Even with the construction work, we had an amazing stay!

The VRBO is even prettier in person! Our whole family rented separate condos, and this was the nicest rental condo out of all them. Super clean, beautiful kitchen with everything you could need, a very detailed book with things to do and see and eat! Wonderful place to stay and will be back!

What a wonderful condo with everything you could ask for! The ocean will roar right below your deck in this beautifully decorated condo with a fabulous new gourmet kitchen. We loved this place!!

We stayed at Sea Village 4312 back in December. The location is so great - just 5 mins from the busy Kona strip with lots of restaurants, shops etc. The house itself is so beautiful - you can't get any closer to the ocean and can't beat the views from there. The views of sunsets from lanai were so amazing. Booking directly with Kona Coast vacations also helped us save some cost as compared to booking with AirBnb or VRBO.
