Great condo in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay with an easy walk to the beach, pool, and dining options. A great place in Waikoloa!

Luxury awaits in Kolea 16H. This 2nd floor condo is beautifully decorated with Hawaiian carvings on the dining room chairs & several cabinets throughout. With an assigned parking space, we never had to worry about finding a convenient spot. As soon as we stepped inside, we felt at home. The warm & welcoming furnishings are not only perfectly fitted to the tropical feel but are very comfortable. A large screen TV made my husband happy. The dining room table & chairs seated 6 comfortably. It was nice to have a selection of books to enjoy. The kitchen had every possible item you could want or need. From the blender to the toaster to the muffin tin, cookie sheets, baking dishes, some oils & spices, plenty of pots & pans, 2 complete sets of dishes/bowls & plenty of silverware. There’s even a waffle iron & wooden serving containers. The refrigerator had in-door water. The freezer did make ice but the door ice dispenser did not work, which was not an issue for us. The pillow top king bed in the master was extremely comfortable. The closets were large & had more than enough hangers. The desk in the master made for the perfect place to set up our office,. The chest of drawers allowed lots of space for putting our clothes away. Extremely roomy bathrooms with nice white towels, soap & shampoo, plus plenty of hot water were all wonderful. The front closet contained beach items including towels, toys, chairs & mats. The lanai was small but had comfortable seating. We missed having a sliding screen door from the living room to the lanai as we love to have natural air flowing throughout but with the small tropical critters we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the doors open. Having a sweeper, broom & mop allowed me to keep the condo in tip top condition during our stay. The washer & dryer were wonderful to have & were very quiet. Working with Kona Coast Vacations was easy & they provided fast response to any questions I had. The pool area was a 10 minute walk & during our stay, the number of lounge chairs more than doubled. Chairs are not to be moved which is fine except if that is a rule, they need more umbrellas. The location of 16H is close to the Kolea Kai Circle so it is a quick walk to both the Kings Shops & Queens Marketplace. The grounds are extremely well kept. If you are lucky enough to book 16H, you will not be disappointed.

16H was the perfect home base for our Kohala coast adventures. The condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. We began and ended each day on the gorgeous lanai, taking in the warm breeze and lovely sights and sounds. The pool and beach (sections of which we had all to ourselves) are steps away and delightful. Island Gourmet market is walking distance and was a great resource. This is the place!

Condo is well appointed for every need...beach gear, cooking gear, and even a great yoga mat. Condo is within short walking distance from pool, work out room, outdoor lanai, hot tub, and great beach access. It's location is very quiet and the property is very well maintained. Kona Coast Vacations thought of everything and the check in process was well thought out and organized. In other words, you can't go wrong with this condo. Wish we could stay longer!

Love this condo, second time staying here. Great location. We lucked out, they were shutting down the pool they day we left for maintenance. Would not have been happy with that because the pool is one of the major reasons we like to stay here.
