The Country Club villas 318 was just so perfect for our family of 5; 3 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped and more! We had everything we needed in this villas. Clean and perfect stay, eat outside every night. We recommend +++

This condo is located in a small to medium size complex that is very quiet. Easy 15-30 minute drive from everything. Three pools; the one we used had amazing views and was salt water instead of chlorine which was fantastic. Small hot tub there as well which was nice at night. The condo itself is amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. Extremely clean, beautiful views, and comfy beds. Air conditioning was a must in June and it worked well. It is incredibly well stocked...so much so I almost cried tears of joy! Literally anything you would need to cook a meal is in that kitchen including some basic seasonings and cooking oil/spray. Tupperware to store leftovers, even some ziplock bags. Toaster, blender, coffee, everything! Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. We did have to buy more toilet paper (we were there 10 days) and another roll of paper towel along with dishwasher soap. The washer/dryer worked great as well. We spent most of our time on the patio and ate all of our meals there. Note you do not have beach access at this property. It overlooks a beautiful golf course and has gorgeous ocean views. You can walk about 10-15 minutes to shoreline access, but it's not a beach. There are some fabulous beaches to drive to which are nicely listed out for you in the welcome book and this worked great for us! The property management company, Kona Coast Vacations, was wonderful to work with. In summary, this is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Do not hesitate to book it!

The home was well equipped with everything you could possibly need; beautiful sunsets from the lanai; my favorite room was the top floor bedroom; extremely clean

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks over Christmas and it was perfect. Everything we could need from lots of pots/pans, great beach gear to bandaids & tape! Well stocked & very clean. Beautiful peaceful view of good course from lanai & good amenities near by. We'd most definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for our needs! 10/10 recommend. I wish the pools were heated, but I know the owner has no control over that.

Well appointed condo that suited our needs perfectly. There were 5 beach chairs (sand an additional camp chair) and one set of snorkel and fins. I mention this because while it’s not guaranteed, it’s nice to know what one can expect to find and I was not able to find that info in prior reviews. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
