This place is fantastic. Literally right on the waterfront, you can see the turtles and fish in the water. Great snorkelling straight in front of the unit. Pool and BBQ amenities awesome too, very short walk to town (like 5 mins)

We loved our stay in A36. It was clean, well furnished and appointed. The condo, including the back bedroom stayed cool and nice for sleeping in spite of the hot muggy weather during our stay. We loved walking to town in the evening and the short walk to the beach next to the condo unit during the day. The little Bach was never very busy and had lots of shade trees. All things considered, this is one of our favorite condos. Thanks.

I can’t say enough how amazing our stay was in Kona. The condo was everything that you see in the pictures and so much more. Our views from the balcony was spectacular and the the sunsets amazing. I would recommend this property and we will be coming back. Thank you for making our stay the best ever!

Wow. I mean seriously WOW! We booked this property solely based on the view from the lanai and let me tell you folks, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Very comfortable table and chairs where we had every meal, as well as two chaise lounges which I fell asleep on more than once listening to the sound of the surf crashing below. My partner actually “whined” about how loud it was the first night (hilarious as we live in front of a freeway at home). If you want a place where you can enjoy the ocean, sunsets, surfers, and turtles while still in your PJ’s—this is your spot! Lanai 12/10- better than photos! The rest of the condo was equally lovely. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and dishes you could need for most meals. Toaster, rice cooker, blender, and keurig coffee machine added to the convenience. Well stocked spice rack, some olive oil, salt and pepper were available to make shopping more economical. Really appreciated the Coleman cooling blocks; they kept our drinks cold all day at the beach! Only wished that we had a regular coffee maker so we could enjoy kona coffee in the mornings; there was a note alluding to one in the pantry but we never found it and it wasn’t a big enough deal to trouble anyone over. Living Room was exceptionally comfortable (great couch and sitting area), and the AC kept it very cool. Bedroom was also very comfortable with ample storage space (and HANGERS...THANK YOU!). Bed is on the squishier side, a little too soft for my back to be 100% happy, but I sleep on a sleep number set at 85 so there you go. Bathroom totally functional, hair dryer available (if you can handle blow drying your hair in Hawaii you’re stronger than me). Bedroom and bathroom got the least cooling from AC, but were okay with the ceiling fan (we knew this going in; all condos at this property are this way). On top of all of this, it’s one one the cleanest places I have ever stayed- condo, hotel,or otherwise. Lastly, beach chairs and umbrella available for use, (on the lanai- I almost missed them) as well as some coolers and snorkel gear (that we didn’t use). Oh...the property has a quirky elevator system that’s been well covered by others. You will have to take 7-8 stairs for this building. No trouble parking. Outdoor spaces well maintained and very easy access to ocean. Seriously cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Having morning coffee with turtles in tide pools is far preferable to my desk back in the real world!
