This property is exceptionally well placed. The keiki pond and nearness to the coastline is parallel to none and everything thing is close by. The house is comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for our extended family of 9. We are going through withdrawal!!!

This house is beautiful. The views and location are so worth it. The layout worked great, there were 8 of us and we had plenty of room and privacy.

The place was just right for our family of 6 people. Nicely decorated, every bedroom with its own bath, absolutely stunning views.

This home in Kona Bay Estates was everything I could have dreamed of and exactly what was listed. The location is great being within walking-distance of restaurants, shops, and any needs you may have while staying. It is right next to the Kekei Ponds which are shallow Todd pools with aquatic life life at low tide a day shallow part of the ocean at high tide…absolutely amazing! You have @ 230 degree ocean views from the point next to the hammocks. The home is part of a gated/secure community. It is very spacious with more than enough room for the 9 people (2 families) that stayed. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking and hosting. A majority of our time was spent at the outdoor lanai and hammocks soaking up the sun and surrounding ocean sounds and views. We were truly amazed by this home and have already been dreaming of our next stay here. Book this home if it is available…

Very happy with the house and location. Traveling with 5 adult couples. We all had our own bed/bath. The outdoor dining was perfect. Loved the backyard beach, hammocks and lounge chairs. Would definitely recommend, stay again.

Our family of 10 fit perfectly in this beautiful home on KEIKI POND in Kailua Kona! Though some of the furnishings were on the worn side, the property more than made up for it! We have LONG wanted to stay near this beach and took full advantage of of being so close to the warm waters of KEIKI POND!
