Just outside our door was the ocean and we would sit there every morning planning our day as we drank our coffee. The property was close to downtown Kona and even had one of the few public beaches next to the property ... I would stay in this unit...

Great stay. I’d recommend upgrading the couch and bed soon, but they weren’t terrible. No issues while there.

We enjoyed our stay and really liked being able to walk to downtown everyday. The accommodations were very nice and we had all that we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and the condo was very clean.

We needed a place to stay so that we could attend a wedding. This apartment was perfect. Clean bright and with everything you need. The best part is the view and sound of the waves.

Easy check in, just enter door code. Covered parking was nice. Room as shown in photos. Great to walk into town.
Couldn't get AC unit to work, might have been user error but it wouldn't turn on for us. Didn't bother us though.
