Believe me, future trips to the Big Island will be booked through you. You were great at handling everything. Besides, I prefer going through local businesses instead of VRBO, Airbnb, etc.

The condo was part of a great complex with pool, spa, and grill. While we were inconvenienced a few days by painters on the lanai, it wasn’t a great impediment and showed that the HOA takes pride in the complex. I would definitely stay here again.

As a frequent traveling group, this was one of our favorite rentals ever! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed, plus more! We loved eating breakfast on the lanai porch, and watching all the walkers and joggers in the morning. We had dryer issues on day one. Within hours it was repaired! There is a trolley stop out front that took us uptown to the restaurants and shops. The only downside is that it is on the 3rd floor, without elevator access. We loved it so much that if we ever make it back to Hawaii we will try to rent this property again!

The condo was close to the beach and restaurants just south of Kona. A refreshing visit at a nice apartment with everything we needed for our stay.
