Excellent Vrbo .

The property was a little odd. Just a strange lay out with secret cubby holes throughout the place. Light sockets were placed strangely low on the walls (not a deal breaker). But, it was very hard to figure what switch turned on what. An example is a downstairs switch controlled the upstairs master lights? I will mention to whom ever is renting next to pick up ice and bottled water before you get there. The fridge water and ice feature do not work. With the sign that was placed on the fridge I assume this will not be fixed in the near future. For the most part we were on the lanai. It was absolutely beautiful. You had a choice to either be in, or out of the sun. The view was absolutely amazing. Fruit trees (orange and limes) on the property was a pleasant feature that we enjoyed daily. We had an issue on a Sunday that some of the lounge chairs were bad. We called Kona coast and they had an employee drop new ones off within 2 hours. On a Sunday! Every small issue we had Kona coast took care of in the blink of an eye with a smile on their face. Can’t express how seamless they made everything.

Loved the infinity pool, had a lot of great times there with friends and is definitely the center piece of the house. We were very satisfied with the house, only complaint was we had a bit of trouble with the wifi in some of the bedrooms, the 5g did not reach and the smart tv could not connect to networks either. Other than that the house was great.

Great home! Pictures do not do it justice. The home was designed perfectly to capture all of the Hawaiian breezes. We loved our stay!

Beautiful outdoor space where we were able to have dinner. Host also included a welcome gift basket with local goodies (eg coffees, snacks, honey) which was very sweet

We enjoyed our time watching sunsets! Great house to stay in for a family or a group of friends.
