What a Wonderful Kona property. Spacious, clean, oh so comfortable. My family could not stay out of the large (wide) swimming pool that stretched across the back side of the property. The wall to ceiling slide glass doors brought in the cooling trade winds. Air conditioning was on order when it became too hot. The complete gourmet kitchen had everything you would need. Even 2 coffee pots. Thank you to Kona Coast Vacations for providing some delicious Kona coffee. (we even drove to the coffee company to buy more). The Weber grill came in handy so we didn't have to venture out for most dinners (my son in-law is a great BBQ master). The large dinning room was more than enough room for the 6 of us with 2 toddlers. It could have seated 12 people. The bedrooms were large and spacious and with king size beds. The platform beds were clean and comfortable. One master suite it's own wet bar. The property had everything you need. Right down to the soap and shampoo. Unfortunately, one bathtub/shower had a slow drain. I pulled out a big wad of hair and that was that took care of it. Be careful of the steep curved driveway. It's a little tough to navigate with a large SUV. There is no street parking.

The house met all our expectations. plenty of space for entire family of 7. The bedrooms were great with A/C units in each individual room. :)

The house was great and the pool was awesome! We spent most of our time in the pool. Three bedrooms had gorgeous ocean views. The main living areas all had ocean views. We loved our vacation here!

I think this is one of the rare scenarios where you actually get more than you see. Not only are all of the pictures and amenities accurate, you can also tell that the owner gives their heart and soul to keeping this place uniquely aesthetic and cozy-yet-spacious – and took the time to provide plenty of great recommendations. Some days, it was hard to leave, but it is of course worth it to explore the incredible landscapes, the beaches, and the wonderful restaurants in town. (Make sure you ask the locals for their recommendations for hikes, beaches, and restaurants too!) On top of all this, the property management company (Kona Coast Vacations) was as caring and attentive as could be. Thank you for this beautiful and reflective experience. – Eric M.

The house was amazing as advertised! Very clean. Great layout. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The pool was perfect. And the views were INCREDIBLE! Our family had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again.
