This house was amazing and the neighborhood was beautiful! The actual property is better than the pictures. They don't capture the full extent of the amazing views and some are outdated since some furniture and appliances have been replaced. Overall it's a great house for family and friends to gather. The layout gives a lot of privacy for the bedrooms but allows everyone to be together in the main part of the house. There are a lot of pool floats and beach/snorkel gear available to use in the garage. The only downside that I didn't see mentioned much in other reviews is the steep, narrow, curved driveway. There's limited space to turn around and street parking isn't allowed, so parking is challenging for 2-3 cars.

Spectacular views! Beautiful pool and heated jacuzzi. Home was clean and and well appointed… including many “water fun”amenities. Kitchen had a surprisingly amount of staples which was a very nice bonus:-). Highly recommend!! 5+ stars!!

Our family had a wonderful week staying at this house. The views are amazing and the home itself was even better in person. We had a blast swimming in the pool and the spectacular sunsets every evening. Highly recommend!

What a Wonderful Kona property. Spacious, clean, oh so comfortable. My family could not stay out of the large (wide) swimming pool that stretched across the back side of the property. The wall to ceiling slide glass doors brought in the cooling trade winds. Air conditioning was on order when it became too hot. The complete gourmet kitchen had everything you would need. Even 2 coffee pots. Thank you to Kona Coast Vacations for providing some delicious Kona coffee. (we even drove to the coffee company to buy more). The Weber grill came in handy so we didn't have to venture out for most dinners (my son in-law is a great BBQ master). The large dinning room was more than enough room for the 6 of us with 2 toddlers. It could have seated 12 people. The bedrooms were large and spacious and with king size beds. The platform beds were clean and comfortable. One master suite it's own wet bar. The property had everything you need. Right down to the soap and shampoo. Unfortunately, one bathtub/shower had a slow drain. I pulled out a big wad of hair and that was that took care of it. Be careful of the steep curved driveway. It's a little tough to navigate with a large SUV. There is no street parking.

Amazing, beautiful property. Gourmet kitchen. Plenty of space. Great pool.
