It is a VERY comfortable and well-equipped condo with a great view. Every night we sat on the lanai with cocktails and watched sunset after beautiful sunset. It is directly across the street from Magic Sands beach, and just a mile from one of the best snorkel sites in Kona - Kahalu'u Beach. In fact, this condo is conveniently located to do any of the activities in Kailua Kona, including the Fairwinds II morning snorkel cruise (highly recommended), shopping in Kailua, several farmers' markets, and great dining (love Huggo's). The condo complex has three Weber grills, a pool, and hot tub, in addition to two tennis courts. Perfect if you don't want a beach day. With two spacious bedrooms and a lanai, this condo is the best you can get for your money. All your needs are met here. I am already planning my return

this place has it all. esp for a family of 5. perfect location perfect condo can't wait to be back for more. has everything you'll ever need. pool,bbq,hot tub, billiards, beach front. all the way done to spices in the cupboard. Thank you kona

The condo is very nice and big! The size is great and location even better. Right across the street from the best beach in Kona. Only complaint is that the couch and chair cushions in the family room were all flat. Fortunately, we didn't need to have anyone sleep on the couch bed, it would have been very uncomfortable! The condo was furnished with a nice cooler (that we used everyday), some pool noodles and one nice boogie board. It was a great place to stay!

The location is right across from magic sands beach which is a great surfer beach. 2 miles a way is a great snorkeling beach. Just a few miles from downtown.
