We stayed here for the Queen Lilli race mainly for its proximity to the race site. The description and pics were beautiful. We did not expect the house to be more beautiful than the picture. It was lovely and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The house is spacious and perfectly laid out. We were able to walk to the race site which was a total plus. The communication with the Kona Vacations staff and David our concierge was A+. They answered all of our questions, concerns and made all arrangements we requested. We were so sad to leave as they made our stay one we will be talking about for a long time. We snorkeled we th the dolphins , mantarays, zip lined, helicopter tour, coffee tour and raced the Queen Lilli. We visited the beautiful beaches on the island, utilized the fabulous kitchen as well as eat at the local restaurants that weee in walking distance. Quinn’s was our favorite. There’s plenty to do and David will help you arrange everything !!

We stayed on the Big Island for 2 weeks and we started with 7 days at this amazing home. We had 8 people in our group and there was more than enough room for all of us, couples, teens and all. It was a great house for our large family group! The kids like being able to walk into Kona without us. The small beach area is so safe if you have small children and very near the skateboard park. We loved the pool but I think the kids we had with us (ranging from ages 14 - 22) would say they like the outdoor pool table the best. We stayed in 3 homes throughout the Island this trip and when we asked which was their favourite, this was it! The house is very well equipped with boogie boards, towels, snorkels and beach umbrellas. We used it as our base to explore this side of the Island. It was fantastic!

Highly recommend this house for your trip to the Big Island! The pictures are accurate but the house felt like so much more! The rooms were big, beautiful, and had amazingly comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms with lots of towels and toiletries provided. Huge kitchen with space to cook and store all of our food. We had little ones with us and there was a crib, high chair, and plenty of toys for the trips to Keiki beach. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Well worth it and we couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else! So close to everything we wanted to see as well. Thank you so much!
