Beat house in the area.

Location, location, location! Close to the keiki ponds and walking distance to restaurants in the industrial area of Kona. We spent most of our time on the lanai which has a stunning view of the ocean. We will be back to enjoy this lovely property.

We traveled to Kona and rented this home for 8 days Dec 2020. We had a group of 8 family members and the house had plenty of rooms for all. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need , so great. The view of the ocean and proximity to Keiki beach was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house with stunning views. Wonderful aesthetics. Enjoyed the hot tub and snorkeling in the cove. Can't get around the fact that there are folks on all sides enjoying the proximity to the water and location but does not compromise the excellent property

This is a truly one of a kind home in a location that can’t be vested for Ironman week. The home has everything and more that you would need a vacation including every kitchen appliance imaginable. The only downside was that the AC had a lot of trouble keeping up with the heat in the family room and especially upstairs during the day. Kids didn’t seem to mind though. The master bedroom which isn’t in direct sun stayed very pleasant however. The lanai is fabulous. We had the fridge die on us the second day of our visit and within 2 hours the handyman came to try and fix it. When he couldn’t he immediately left and returned with a loaner fridge until some certified repair guys came a couple days later. A very quick and welcomed response as we had just filled it with 500 bucks worth of groceries! We would stay here again in a second.
