This rental experience was an all-around great experience! The location was central for our activities, the property managers proactively communicated, the house was clean and nicely furnished and the pool was a bonus! I would recommend it to anyone and would return in the future as well.

The location of this house was just what we were looking for and there was plenty of room for our whole family. Every bedroom had plenty of space and no one felt as if they got ‘ the bad bedroom’ because there wasn’t one. The pool was huge. What it lacked in view it made up for in location.

My family stayed here during our Christmas vacation. The house accommodated the 10 of us very comfortably. It was very spacious, and we particularly loved the upper lanai and the sunny pool area! The location was great as well - a 3 minute walk to Keauhou Bay to watch sunsets, walking distance to the Sheraton, the golf course and Keauhou Shopping Centre which has everything you need from groceries to restaurants. We also found the area to be very central to excursions and beaches both north and south of us. The house was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. No AC on the main floor but we were able to keep it cool with fans and opening doors/windows. A couple of suggestions would be to have someone meet you at the house on the first day to run through everything, and let you know when garbage day is etc. Also for a house that sleeps 10, there should be enough plates and chairs at the dining room for 10. Had a great time and would definitely return to the house and stay in the same area!

Beautiful home everything was great except no AC in the main floor. That is where the master bedroom was and my elderly parents had that room. It was quite warm. Everything else was fantastic! Date of Stay: 8/1/17 to 8/6/17

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 3 families totaling 9 people staying a week in this home. It was very spacious, very clean, and had every amenity we could have hoped for. We cooked and BBQ'd every day and the kitchen was well-equipped. The pool was wonderful, and a great way to refresh after a long snorkel in nearby Keauhou Bay (which was GREAT snorkeling, BTW). We had no issues with the home whatsoever and would happily rent again.
