Wonderful family vacation. Spectacular views, beautiful well-equipped home and gorgeous gardens. Everything was well maintained and just as pictured on the website.

We had a great time staying in Hawaii! The house was clean and well furnished! The pool was amazing and the house was exactly as displayed. All the lights were labeled which really helped seeing as there were so many! I loved that so many beach towels were stacked! Great house and super easy to get in contact with someone if you needed anything!

Great house - unlike most rentals the pictures are exact representations of what to expect. Instructions were very clear from Kona Coast Vacations, from directions to entry instructions to check out instructions and communication. For the house we booked, Akoa Place, the lanai and pool are everything, with beautiful water views and a lot of privacy. The kitchen is large with nearly any utensil or gadget you could think of. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. This was the PERFECT home base for a busy trip with 6 people to come together at night to spend quality time together away from the bustle of a hotel. Will book Akoa place again when I decide to come back to the Big Island, and if it's unavailable I will trust Kona Coast Vacations to help me find something equally as awesome!
