Very conveniently located: many restaurants, Honl's Beach and Kailua Pier in walking distance. Due to the ocean breeze the condo felt surprisingly cool at 84 degrees F daytime highs, even without us running the A/C. We especially liked swimming, snorkeling, kayaking around Kailua Pier. Honl's Beach is closer but rocky and thus was not easy to get in to for our 6 year old. Our 6 year old loved the pool though.

We really enjoyed to stay this ocean view unit! We sit in balcony and watched whales and dolphins in the open ocean and it was very nice experience for us and made our holidays more wonderful. Very well managed vacation unit: clear instruction with greeting from the company in the first night, equipped a lot necessary items even chairs for beach use, clean room and much more. The location is excellent. We walked in the streets at nights. We will stay this unit again if we come to the Big island in the future.

Really nice one bedroom condo with an incredible view!! Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Very nice pool, hot tub, and area to grill food. Unit has AC which we used at night to sleep better (we went May/June) Loved eating dinner on the lanai to the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks.

We loved the location of this unit. We were able to walk to town with ease. The unit is comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. We would love to rent this unit again in the future. Can't wait to go back.

We lounged on the patio drinking coffee, walked to nearby restaurants for meals, took excursions in our rental car (plenty of parking at Kona Reef) around the Big Island. ***This review was transferred from our old website to the new one effective Jan 1, 2017***

It was the best location and a very nice apartment. Two tips: the supermarket is on the left on the way downhill into Kailua, and beware of special offers on car rental - ours ended up very expensive
Aloha John,

Thank you for your suggestions and we look forward to possibly having you stay with us again in the (near) future.
