Simple, convenient, great location. Everything was as advertised, just what we needed. Walking distance to restaurants easy parking, quick drive to great beaches in both directions, walk to downtown.Bed was comfortable, two bathrooms was great, could easily fit two more people in the living room. Excellent view from the lanai.

Lovely property for the two of us. It is just far enough from downtown to be quiet, but close to walk to many attractions. The pool area was very nice.

This property is exactly as described, and even better. The location a short walk to town, the pool with BBQ’s, and the residence with all the extras you could want (from beach chairs to blenders), all combined to makes this the perfect stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was great, very clean & stylish. Very close to town (5 min walk to Coconut Grove shopping/restaurants, trolley stop 5 min away as well.) Would definitely go back.
