We were 2 couples coming to the big island for 4 days of our 2 week Hawaiian vacation. We loved our stay here and felt very comfortable at this condo here at Kona Coast. The neighbours were very helpful and friendly. If we return we all decided we would book here again. Great central location!

Casa De Emdeko is the perfect location for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Clean and safe, close to town and the "sandy beach" area is the perfect place to enjoy sunsets.

The condo was very nice. It had everything you could ever need. Clean, great location and beautiful view. Perfect distance for all amentities. Inside newly updated. Would love ceiling fan in extra bedroom. Beds were fine but pillow tops would be a bonus. This condo was comfortable and fit all our needs. AC was great!!

We were familiar with it prior to renting it as friends had stayed there during earlier visits while we were renting unit #238. The condo is well maintained and the furnishing is very comfortable and easy to relax in. the lanai is terrific. Located where you get to great and chat with other residents/visitors. Any very easy to get to either pool. The only issue was nature caused; due to high surf the salt water pool was closed off and on during our stay. Not a huge issue since the regular pool is great. Made some new friends each day at the pool. This is our 7th or 8th visit to Cada de Emdeko. Can't say enough about the complex. We have gone to Maui and Kauai and keep coming back to Kona and The Casa. Looking forward to our next visit. Date of Stay: 8/31/17 to 9/8/17

I was extremely happy with my stay here! Before our arrival we receive numerous very helpful emails confirming our reservation, with details for our arrival, and from the concierge with helpful tips as well as options to book activities in advance. I have to say the concierge service was an absolute game changer! David was even better than a hotel concierge and personalized our experience - helping us with every activity and question that we had! Having this service made it a no brainer that I would return. The condo itself is in a super ideal location - a short drive (or walk depending on time of day) from town. We found it very easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, bars, marina, etc. We also had parking outside the unit which made it easy to get in and out of the building. The unit itself was very clean and beach-but feeling! The two bedrooms each had large beds and nice, big TVs and fans. The TVs had roku hooked up so we could watch all our favorite shows and movies (honestly didn't check if there was cable but probably is!). The living room / dinning room / kitchen is an open floor plan which made it easy to host a lot of people and feel very home-y. The kitchen had all utensils we needed and everything was clean. We could open the door from the living room and we had a patio that we could use to walk out to the pool / sand / outdoor bar area. At night there are tiki torches that were lit and made it feel very Hawaiian when we shared a bottle of wine at the community tables. The pool itself is large and pretty too - right over the cliff of the ocean! Definitely would recommend and plan to stay there again. Thanks for the great trip!
