The Hapuna Modern House is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. It is expensive but worth it. It is spacious, beautifully equipped, and the main living area opens up to a fantastic view of the pool, the golf course and the ocean. It has everything you could think of for a memorable family trip. We’ve rented many places both in the US and abroad and the Hapuna Modern House is #1 on our list. Kona Coast Vacations was great from the minute we first contacted them. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and easy to work with. They responded the same day to the few very minor issues we had. And their concierge, David, was exceptional in helping us with our tours. The volcano tour with Grant from Kailani tours and the boat trip with Ryan and Erin from Ali’i Ocean Tours gave us experiences we’ll remember forever. Go with David's recommendations! They are spot on! On a 5 point scale I would give the house and Kona Coast Vacations a 5+!

What an amazing stay! We had two families of 4 with teenage children and there was more than enough room. We kept noticing that every one of our needs was met. We used the passes at the local resorts and enjoyed the time at the beaches. We ate at several local restaurants and did shopping at the grocery store - everything was easy and accessible. The kitchen and grill area are amazing for cooking at home. The views are simply spectacular. Thanks to the concierge, David, for all of his help during the trip.

This property was perfect for our multi generational family getaway. The setup worked perfect for the kids to atay entertained in the pool while the adults lounged and enjoyed the amazing view.

This house was incredible! View is even better than the pictures and that’s saying a lot! The concierge David was also an all star and gave us phenomenal referrals to private chef, musician, hula lessons and excursions. Layout of the house made it perfect for letting kids swim while adults hang out on patio- I think they averaged about 7 hours of swimming a day! Made this family trip of ours very special and can’t thank the home owners enough for all of the details and cleanliness of the property. Mahalo!
