What a great stay! The condo had beach towels and snorkel gear for us to use, a nice convenience. Kitchen has Viking and SubZero appliances. Can see the ocean from the patio, and a very short walk to the Ocean Club! Patio furniture wasn't that comfortable, could use an upgrade. Bathrooms nice, plenty of towels. A/C was a godsend, kept the temperature at a comfortable level. Keypad entry very convenient. Bedding was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. A bit of problem with roaches, the roach traps in the kitchen were needed, recommend to keep food well sealed or in the refrigerator.

Almost everything about this home is fabulous. Especially the location in the community. The two things that I would like to see addressed to confidently rate it a five star experience are replacing the ancient blender (we make a lot of smoothies) and upgrade the old wireless router. The wireless internet network is very unstable and weak which makes working from the home difficult. We can't wait to stay here again....

terrific location, quiet spot, close to great club, fully equipped, excellent beach and plenty of amenities in the greater resort area. can't think of a reason why we would not stay again. muhalo!

The property was safe and clean. The condo was extremely well appointed, clean, and well stocked. The rooms were great and the bathrooms were lovely. We used the lanai in the morning to look over at the ocean with our coffee. I would absolutely recommend 16c and hope to get back there again soon! Location was great for all of our daily excursions.
