This was a pretty landscaped home and was conveniently located near Kona. Nice little view of the ocean from the back yard. The landscaping was really enjoyable and lovely to look at daily. The home had all supplies needed and clean and comfortable bedding and bath. Exterior lights for eating outside were not working so would have enjoyed being able to use the outside porch chairs and table to spend more time outside. The solar lights did not work. Everything else was terrific! Nice quiet neighborhood, and easy to drive in and out with the security gate. Thank you! Kona Coast Mgmt and the Concierge service outstanding. We booked at least three family activities with David and he was excellent! Will do business again for sure!

Really enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable, well-appointed home in Kailua Kona. The property managers were responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation, from kitchenware to beach toys. The pool was amazing (though we would have appreciated a pool heater on cooler days).

We stayed with our two young daughters, and the house was just perfect. The pool and yard are unbelievably beautiful, and allowed us to be entertained and relaxed at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals in (including an instant pot and food storage containers!). The beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything was spotless and well designed. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Exactly as pictured, lovely home and property. Fruit trees are a fun addition. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
