Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this Palm Villas property. The unit was well equipped, spotless, and in a great location (walking distance to shops and beach). Highly recommend.

Full marks to Kona Coast Vacations in all areas of service. All staff are extremely helpful and courteous and willing to address any concerns or needs you might have. Our unit was extremely clean and well cared for. Hard to beat Palm Villas for location and convenience within Mauna Lani Resort. The pool is surrounded by lush vegetation as is the entire complex. Great location for morning walks through the lava park to the beach areas.

Well appointed home in a beautifully manicured community with tons of amenities. Clear and thorough instructions made check-in and getting around super smooth. Thank you for the great stay!

The space is open and airy with lots of light (a must for me) and lush greenery everywhere. The location of this place cannot be beat either! Every day, our family walked on an awesome lava path to the beach. There is also the option of driving to a private beach club just a few minutes away where you can use an access card that comes with the villa! This was very helpful when we wanted to bring lots of gear (chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc.) for a full day at the beach. Check-in was so simple with the keypad on the door - also great for not having to worry about taking keys to the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked which made the house feel that much more like ours. We spent many nights making our own meals and enjoying them on the backyard patio. What a treat! The only thing that was missing was some Tupperware that KCV brought RIGHT over. They were very responsive and accommodating. Extremely impressive! We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return! This has definitely become “our spot”.
