Comfortable bed, chairs, well equipped kitchen, and appreciated the portable a/c unit and additional box fans. Back bedroom still warm but ceiling and box fans made it do-able. View was great and location for daily snorkeling was good too. Favorite 3 were Makalewena, Honaunau, Kealakekua.

While the property looks unassuming from the front it is really a hidden gem. The ground are impeccably maintained and our unit was in an awesome location; beautiful ocean view with shaded deck all day. Had everything we needed for our 3 week stay, except AC in bedroom but ceiling fan and extra floor fans helped keep us cooler at night. Would definitely recommend!

The views from the lanai were great. The unit was tastefully decorated and had an A/C, which we only needed to use once. At times the noise level from surrounding units was annoying, but it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is great within walking distance to Kona. Would love to stay there again soon!

This was our 3rd and final location to stay . It is a beautiful place, with an amazing view and so quiet we will definitely book it again for longer!!!
