We can't say enough good things about this property! This condo had been recently remodeled and what an amazing job! The decor was on the modern side with a beachy twist. All the items in the condo coordinated so nicely and were soft and easy on the eye. It was very clean and in a great location! The kitchen was extremely well stocked (all coordinating) with everything we could want, even a blender for Pina Coladas! The new faucet was leaking a bit out onto the counter and under the sink. We called the maintenence people right away and I'm sorry to report that they weren't the best. They said they would come up within a hour or so but they never showed up. After we called back twice the following day they came the 3rd day and looked and said they would replace the faucet after we left. We just kept a bowl under the sink to catch the water which wasn't a big deal for us but I think they could have responded quicker. As far as beach items, there were LOTS, which was so nice. Tons of beach towels, chairs, coolers, fishing poles, kids toys, boogie boards, etc. Two of the boogie boards were cracked but still useable. Other than that it was all in good condition and saved us from having to go out and buy beach stuff. I would definitely stay her again and will recommend it to my friends for sure.
