Wonderful unit, excellent communication with the rental agent. The only thing I would change in their description is that there is no ocean view, it a peaceful patio and you can look at a partial view of the mountains. Wonderful pool area you get access to and a short walk to the beach. The owners have beach items to use also, we didn’t take advantage of this but thought it was a nice idea. Would highly recommend to others!

My family of four loved this condo. Beautiful building, condo, furnishings, grounds - everything. Everything you need is in the condo - beach toys, chairs, etc. Highly recommend!

Place was clean, large, attractive and comfortable

We are considering retirement locations and have always loved the big island. We decided to spend two months to help make the decision. We spent time in Waimea and Kolea. We have stayed in Kolea before, and find it to be the nicest Waikoloa location. Unit 16H was great!! Loved Kolea again. It is a short walk to A-bay, the pool and hot tub are very nice, and it is a great home base for so many big island activities. We love Kolea and will be back.
