This property was a lot closer to the beach than I’d anticipated (it’s right on the beach) and the beach turned out to be one of our favorites. The place was clean and the company very responsive. The pool and hot tub on the property were very nice. Would highly recommend this place for those needing a cost-efficient way to travel in a group.

Wonderful spot to stay with our daughter, son-in-law and 5 year old grandson (who LOVED the pool and made many friends while we were there!). Beach across the street, close drive to restaurants, shops, groceries (allowing us to stock up for breakfast and a lovely Fathers Day grilling out poolside). Especially loved being able to sit out each morning on the lanai and have coffee, enjoying the sounds of the birds and the ocean. Super clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. Beautiful property with parking (!) which was a major plus. So glad we stayed!

Great stay in a clean, well kept condo with nice amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills. Convenient spot across from Magic Sands Beach and Magic’s Grill. Make sure to rent a car/moped for transportation because the nearest grocery stores and restaurants are ~2 miles away and the trolley isn’t active currently due to covid. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Great location right across from Magic Sands Beach. There was no ocean view (unless you count the view in the mirror on the patio), but the view of the courtyard was nice. The bathrooms were on the older side, but the kitchen was nice. Would have been great to have some dining space inside.
