Had a great stay in the condo. Very nice location and close to town. Would stay here again.

AWESOME location for surfers! Small quiet park with trees next to property. Daily surf show off our top floor lanai cuz of super swell a few days this week. Best equipped Airbnb we have stayed at anywhere in the world (except for TP go figure, 2 people, 5 nights, one roll?). Full kitchen equipped for any cooking, baking. Full fridge, even had freezer packs, coolers, snorkel sets, beach chairs, very nice beach towels. Easy walk to restaurants but we did breakfast on lanai, packed lunch for beach or pool on property. We would definitely stay here again!

Wanted a place on the ocean and this place fit the bill perfectly. When we were not out exploring we were on the lanai. Being on the top floor was perfect. Sunsets were glorious. There were turtles and school of yellow Tangs visiable from the unit The place was well stocked and was comfortable. The complex was well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect: gorgeous top-floor view of crashing waves, small beach to the left of the building, and pool to the right of the building. Ten minutes walk to a couple great restaurants, and 5 minutes more to a whole bunch more. The grounds and facilities of the condo complex are very well maintained. The condo itself has a large bed in the back bedroom, plus a good sofa bed in the living room, so that 4 people can sleep comfortably. But I slept out on the large patio for parts of a couple nights, just to hear the crashing waves. Kids had fun exploring the rocks down by the water. You can watch some surfers some distance out. Saw a huge school of bright yellow fish hanging around the rocks for hours one morning, but no turtles on our trip.

We had a fantastic stay at A36. The condo has amazing views, is well-equipped and clean. Great location within walking distance to the main Kona stretch. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!!
