This unit was really great. The master bedroom/bathroom was huge. The kitchen has every pan/appliance/Tupperware you could need. I loved that they actually had a nice knife set, not a flimsy one that barely cuts anything. All of the light switches were labeled which was very helpful. There were body board/beach chairs/coolers in the garage and even spare backpacks if you were in need of one. It all came in really helpful.

fairways 1104 worked out perfectly for myself and adult son. Great location, quiet community, had all that we needed. Completely met my expectations. Great value for location during high season. Property management when needed was accessible and helpful. 1104 gets total thumbs up based on our experience. One thing to note is that the downstairs level doesn’t get much natural light but since we were out and about all day every day it wasn’t an issue for us

Great location and clean place. Well furnished except there was no TV in the master bedroom. The bedrooms were upstairs so if you don’t like to climb the stairs this place is probably not for you however it didn’t bother me.

Excellent Airbnb-like service, easy to navigate web site, and good value for money. I stayed at The fairways at Maura Lani (#1104) and I found the condo very well appointed and in a great location. Access to the Beach Club was a great value as well. My only slight negative is that the paperwork was super onerous and took a long time to fill out, vs Airbnb.

Great property for a fantastic vacation on the big island!

It's roomy, the kitchen was outfitted really well, and being close to the hotel was ideal for my husband to walk to his conference. The pool was the best size for swimming laps in the morning! Mahalo to the condo owners for sharing your lovely home with us. Cathy & Doug
