This property is exactly like in the photos, except the photos do not do it justice. We stayed at 3 properties on 3 different islands, and this was everyone’s favorite. The location is ideal and the pool and hot tub are directly below the balcony so everyone can stay connected. Everything was absolutely perfect!

The condo was clean and pretty well stocked. The location was fantastic! The snorkeling across the street was the best we did. I recommend it for families!!

This condo had plenty of space & was very cozy, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed having coffee and eating on the patio each morning and evening & watching the beautiful sunset each night. The location was GREAT! There is a grocery store and plenty of restaurants within minutes. The snorkeling right across the street was incredible!!! Plenty of sights to see nearby - loved our drive north to the Pololu Valley. There was some donated beach gear in closet - chairs, pool noodles, snorkeling gear, beach toys. Beach towels provided. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances to make cooking easy! We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Such a convenient location for snorkelers like us. We loved being able to snorkel right across the street. Two-step was only about 20 minutes to the south, and the restaurants in Kona were only about 20 minutes to the north. The places that do night swims with Manta rays are also just a few minutes away. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 6. This was our 4th trip to the big island and this is the best place we've stayed yet.

The location here is gorgeous - right across from a terrific snorkeling spot. We had two young kids and grandma with us and the space was ideal- comfortable with plenty of space and extra sand toys, pool toys, and beach gear. The on-site pool and grill area was also a wonderful amenity. The only thing to know - there IS AC but it automatically turns off if any door or window is opened. That’s perfectly reasonable but isn’t written down anywhere so we spent the first few days with all the windows open thinking it was broken. It was March so keeping the windows open was pretty pleasant, but just thought we’d give others a heads up. Highly recommend this sweet spot!

Lovely suite for a family, very convenient location, close to good beginner surfing and snorkeling, 2 minutes from grocery store, nice pool. No white sand beach though, if that is important to you. Lots of good communication from the property manager, very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.
