Six of us (ages 18 to 54) stayed at this property in July and it was lovely. The lanai especially is stunning, with a beautiful patio and infinity pool. The house is nicely decorated and we especially loved the gardens around the house. It is very conveniently located to downtown Kona, the beaches, and only about 20-25 minutes from the airport. Hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. The only thing I would warn future renters about is the very early wakeup call by the neighborhood birds ! We of course slept with windows open and the birds start singing (loudly!) by about 5 am - Obviously not something the owners can control and not specific to this property, but just something to note if you like to sleep in. But overall would give this property a 5-star rating, beautiful home and convenient to everything!

Our stay at the Ailina house was amazing. The views are obviously breathtaking and the house itself is perfect. The office is bigger than expected and worked out for us as a place to have our toddler sleep in a pack N play. We had an amazing time on the Big Island and this house felt like home by the time we left.

Beautiful courtyard. Very relaxing, there was construction in front of house first day - my husband mentioned it to the manager and the equipment was removed. Peaceful ambiance, neighborhood feel vs resort. Did leave a jigger for cocktails as was one of the only things missing from well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay

What an amazing house! The big Island itself is gorgeous and we knocked out every possible thing from getting remarried to night diving with manta rays to the waterfall adventures. But the true gem was enjoying the incredible house with the pool that our 3 kids were in for hours a day and amazing ocean views. It’s also set up perfectly with tupperware of all sizes and a cooler for beach picnics etc. GREAT house and we will be back!
