Our recent stay in a remarkable Hawaiian property was an absolute dream. Tucked away in a secure neighborhood, this vacation home was a perfect sanctuary for our group of four couples. With breathtaking views and a stunning pool, it provided an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the mesmerizing vistas. Perched atop a hill, we were treated to panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and lush surroundings. Each sunset painted the sky with vibrant colors, reflecting beautifully in the azure waters. Waking up to such natural beauty was a true blessing. The house itself exuded comfort and luxury. With its spacious layout, we had both privacy and ample space to spend quality time together. The bedrooms were elegant havens for relaxation. The house is just south Kailua-Kona and convenient to Keahou shopping center. The property management team was communicative and helped prepare us for a wonderful vacation but also very non-intrusive. They did a a great job of making our stay enjoyable.

Amazing location and views. Home is a bit outdated and needs to be updated. Cleaning is done poorly but it’s Hawaii and their standard of clean is a bit different so we understand, sticky floors and counters and can’t walk barefoot because you will need pedicure the next day ☺️. Over all it was great!

We had an amazing time at Keauhou Estates 9. It is an amazing property and is even better than the pictures portray. It has a spectacular view as well as a manicured lawn and beautiful pool setting. The house is extremely well furnished and the owners art work is beautiful. Thank you Rob for sharing your property with us on this unforgettable family holiday with our children and grandchildren. They will have memories to last a lifetime! It was everything we expected and more. Kona Coast is great to deal with and thank you Gabby( and all your other staff) for all your assistance and dealing quickly with any problems we had.

We had the best stay at this property! The views throughout the home are second to none. It is the perfect place to lounge around the pool, with loungers, chairs and pool floaties available. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils/appliances. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed our daily morning walks. It is about 15 away from Kona, however, there is a supermarket and some shops & restaurants that are even closer and more convenient. Management was very responsive - we had trouble with the AC units and a technician was sent the next morning. We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat! We are already jealous of its next tenants :)

We loved the separate areas for plenty of privacy along with the large kitchen, living room & dining room in the center for gathering all together. Even the outside area allows for space but togetherness. We all had a great time swimming & playing corn hole. There are views from almost every room in this home. I loved watching the sunset while making my evening cocktail at the wet bar in the upstairs bedroom. There is a coffee pot upstairs also which allows for a little wake up time out on your own balcony before joining the group downstairs. Kona Coast Vacations did a really good job of accommodating us & checking in to be sure that our stay was enjoyable. We all had a wonderful stay & will definitely be returning.

We stayed at GMH at Keauhou Estates 9 over the holidays. It was amazing. Property management was excellent and wonderful communication, especially details directions to rental. House was spacious and clean. We had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Kitchen and grill were well stocked. Our family of 4 had access to 4 bedrooms - all the space we needed, especially with a teenager. Best feature was the lap pool and hot tub. We would go to the beach then come back to the house and swim in the pool. We had a wonderful holiday due to this rental. Thank you for helping make our holidays so special!
