Easy to get to, no fuss check-in/out procedures, beach directly across the street. Will look to rent again next year

We were very comfortable and loved being across from the beach.

This was a great place to stay for our family. The location was perfect- not too far from town but much quieter. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool and the bbq area was really convenient.

It is a VERY comfortable and well-equipped condo with a great view. Every night we sat on the lanai with cocktails and watched sunset after beautiful sunset. It is directly across the street from Magic Sands beach, and just a mile from one of the best snorkel sites in Kona - Kahalu'u Beach. In fact, this condo is conveniently located to do any of the activities in Kailua Kona, including the Fairwinds II morning snorkel cruise (highly recommended), shopping in Kailua, several farmers' markets, and great dining (love Huggo's). The condo complex has three Weber grills, a pool, and hot tub, in addition to two tennis courts. Perfect if you don't want a beach day. With two spacious bedrooms and a lanai, this condo is the best you can get for your money. All your needs are met here. I am already planning my return

Great place to stay right on the magic sands Beach. Family friendly. Everything was fantastic.
