We've been to Hawaii several times, and the Big Island has always been our favorite. On this trip we were delighted to stay at Kuhinanui Way - it's the ideal place for a Big Island vacation! From the moment we walked in, we were stunned by the incredible panoramic mountain-to-ocean views and luxurious, contemporary decor. We loved how the living room opens up to the expansive lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Every morning was spent sitting by the pool sipping Kona coffee. In the evening, we loved using the gourmet kitchen and grill while watching the sun set. The house was spotlessly clean, and the rental agency was incredibly helpful. The included concierge service was able to recommend a full itinerary of activities and was able to get reservations for a snorkeling tour at the last minute. The location is perfect for exploring the Big Island - just south of Kona, Keauhou is close to the shops and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle. A shopping center with grocery store and some excellent restaurants (be sure to enjoy happy hour at Kenichi Pacific!) is a 2-minute drive away. The house itself is ideally located on the mountainside to catch the cool island breezes. Even before our last day we were already planning our return visit. We've recommended Kuhinanui Way to several friends, and look forward to visiting again soon.

This house was amazing! The amenities provided were beyond what was advertised and the pictures DO NOT do the house justice. We were so impressed by the layout and view. Communication with Kona Coast Rentals was great. Went with family. It was perfect for our family of five. Highly recommend.
