Great location with access to the Mauna Lani beach club. Property was super clean. Will definitely stay again.

Unit is exactly as shown….which is always appreciated. Very clean with great access to beaches. Enjoyed riding the bikes.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Only a small suggestion would be to add a cooler for the beach. We were going to add it but never made it into town. Spent 12 of 14 days at the beach and stayed inside the other 2 and had a relaxed time. Thank you.

We are a family of 3, including a 2yr old and an accompanying nanny. We loved our stay. The house was plenty spacious for 4. Wonderful peaceful neighborhood with great landscaping and aesthetic touches. What we loved… Great Lanai with BBQ Kitchen was modern, spacious, and well equipped Huge Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi tub Umbrellas, chairs, beach towels and any toy imaginable for children to play with at the beach including a floaty. Grocery store was a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk (very handy ) Great beaches nearby (and very helpful guides at place) Great washer and dryer Kona Concierge is great at responding to any questions and needs. Things that could be improved: The gym is only by sign up, and 1 person at a time, and someone who lives there told us it is not for short term renters, so there is some confusion around that. If the gym is important to you, clarify this beforehand. We could not get the DVD players to work even with trouble shooting guide. Not many inexpensive restaurants/takeout nearby. (That’s why grocery store was so great!) Air conditioner didn’t work one day, and it was very hot, we found out all doors must be shut and locked for it to work. The pool was closed while we were there. It looked really nice. We were drooling.
