The unit and location for the Kona pacific for the entire family was just perfect

Aloha, This is our 4th trip to the Big Island and we have stayed in 3 different places prior to Kona Pacific. We’ll only be stay at Kona Pacific from now on and will be recommending it to all of our friends and family back in Aotearoa (New Zealand). Thanks for having us.

Top notch property. Everything was exactly as described. Unit was modern and roomy with great Air Conditioning and new appliances. Huge Lanai. Easy walk to all the restaurants/shops on Ali'i drive and short driving distance to beaches to the north and snorkel sites to the south. The only hangup is the assigned parking spot in the garage that comes with the unit is the narrowest spot in the garage, between two columns. If you rent anything larger than amid-size sedan then you'll have to park on the street outside of the condo. We rented a large 4x4 to go to the top of Mauna Kea and some off-road spots. So, we had to park on the street. Wasn't really a huge problem as there's ample safe parking on the street just outside of the condo, but, something to consider if renting a large truck or jeep. The activities concierge whom is also linked up with the rental agent (Dave the Kona Concierge) is also great. He set us up with some great activities).

This place is very clean, roomy ( there were five for us) a well stocked kitchen ( supply wise) amazing porch. Easy walk to town. Quiet at night. Beach chairs and towels available. Able to accommodate a later check out. Decorated very invitingly as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is a nice unit, very clean, and close enough to Ali'i that you can walk to restaurants, beaches, and other amenities. Very minor: if you do rent a car or have your own on the island, be sure it is on the smaller side and that you are comfortable working in a small parking structure. Not an issue for us but may be for others.

We had a family reunion at the condo complex and everything was top notch! My family rented 8 separate units. Everyone’s unit was a little different. Our unit was absolutely perfect for my family.
