Excellent apartment and amenities with brilliant communication. Highly recommended

We had a terrific vacation at Country Club Villas #324. Our unit was very spacious and very well equipped. We enjoyed the size and privacy of the lanai. And the beds were very comfortable. We will indeed book with Country Club Villas when we next vacation in Kona.

To tell you the truth, I was a bit skeptical when I booked thinking the pictures were "doctored" or the description was "enhanced" but it was even better than advertised. First, everything went flawlessly with the rental company, they provided all the information and kept us up to date, second, we arrived to find our condo was everything they had promised - and more! For example, it was well stocked, even had beach chairs, beach bags, beach towels along with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and kitchenware. Third, the view and the loft were even better than the pictures and there was a pool, plenty of parking, and convenient trash deposit just steps away. The bedrooms and living room had air conditioning which had not been mentioned which was another great surprise and best of all, we were located perfectly within walking distance of a shopping center. Bottom line, the entire experience, start to finish exceeded our expectations from the rental process to the accommodations, to the view. Date of Stay: 6/7/17 to 6/21/17

Wonderful unit. Need to be careful on spiral stairs..wondered why outside stairway lights were not working the whole time. would think it a liability issue...Mahalo Nui Loa. Carole Hansen
