This place is very good. The view is amazing, the beds are very comfortable, the pool area is nice and clean. You can walk to restaurants, but might need a car. The place is carpeted, we would have preferred stone floor. The kitchen is a bit outdated. The washing machine is excellent :-) The check-in process was very easy and well communicated.

This should be called dolphin cove 😊. On some days the dolphins are jumping right outside in the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean and nice but the place is a bit old and the carpets not so nice. Kitchen very old and some utilities just very old, poor quality. Still, good value

This place is awesome! We LOVED the view from the terrace! We saw dolphins almost every morning and it was great having binoculars! This home felt like "home"! It was clean, it has a washer and dryer, the kitchen has everything you need and you will even find beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles, etc. to use. The location is perfect too, close to town and the Alii Gardens Marketplace. We can totally recommend this home!

Beautiful views, great location, good neighbors, nice amenities. We recommend morning walks to Honl Beach.

Amazing location in Kona. We saw dolphins every morning during breakfast on our balcony. The amenities are perfect - we especially enjoyed the beach gear. Mahalo for having us :) !
