Clean, right on the ocean and close to Kona! It was a real joy staying here.

Excellent location and excellent service from staff members of Kona Coast Vacations. The property was clean but the bathtub and showers of the main bathroom need attention. We really appreciated the air condition. Alii Villas is a beautiful complex well maintained. The property description was very accurate. The lanai was great with perfect view of the ocean. Beach chairs and lots of beach towels were provided. We had all the amenities required for condo living and even more. We would definitely go back.

The view from the porch and the condo were great. We really enjoyed having a kitchen and being so close to restaurants and other attractions. It was very clean. We highly recommend this property.

We were very happy with our stay! The view from the condo was beautiful and peaceful. The home was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was a great location and easy to get wherever we wanted to be. We would definitely stay again, if we ever go back to the big island!

Alii Villa is conveniently located: 10 minute drive to Kona downtown, or 10 minute the other way to Kahaluu park for fun snorkeling.
