Very nicely furnished condo. Perfect location with view of ocean, short walk away. Close to restaurants and shops. Pool was excellent! Will try and stay again if we get the chance!!

We have stayed at the Waikoloa Vista on a previous visit to the Big Island and love the complex and location! After staying at Ven’s condo we wouldn’t chose any other. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. The owners managed to keep insects out of the condo which is quite an accomplishment in Hawaii . We did not see a single ant ! Third floor location allowed for viewing spectacular sunsets from the lanai and sunrise over Mauna Kea. A short walk to the ocean also provided a perfect setting for sunset . We were lucky enough to encounter a large sea turtle basking on the shore. The Hilton is right across the street where you can view the dolphins at dolphin quest free of charge! That was a highlight of my trip. Shopping was convenient at the King and Queen shops as well as an easy beautiful drive to Waimea. After staying on the Big Island over 28 times the Northren location is perfect if you are looking for a relaxed, quiet vacation. Thank you Ven for providing the perfect accommodations for our stay. Look forward to staying with you again in June and October.

This condo is beautifully furnished, has a full kitchen, very nice baths, attractive views, great swimming pool, easy parking and access, and a great location.

When we found the listing we knew the location as we have stayed in the area many times. This was the best place and the the location in the complex was perfect. The deck offered a view of the ocean and the people going by below. We met several owners at the complex and they were very friendly to us. One couple we will expect to see again.We even participated in a pot luck that the complex holds for owners and guests. We would walk to the beach and travel around the island. We played several round of golf at the close by golf courses. Everything is so close that you do not need to leave the area. The kitchen was the most well stocked in utensils etc. that we have seen. The unit was beautifully decorated and we lounged in bed and on the deck, sometimes finding it hard to get up and go.

We spent 8 days in at Ven's condo and had an amazing time. It is tastefully decorated, extremely well equipped - completely updated kitchen with everything you would need - from rice cooker to kuereg and everything in between. Lots of kitchen gadgets, plates, great pots and pans etc., lots of beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear), great internet and TV choices. Amazing morning breakfasts on the balcony and sunsets at night. The complex is also great with a very nice pool area with lots of swimming space, hot tubs that are actually hot, up to date Weber BBQ's close by and very well maintained grounds. All in all Ven is a great host, very responsive and made our stay very enjoyable. The location is great and we would definitely return again.

Beautiful 2 bed, 2 full bath condo. Tastefully decorated with a kitchen that is equipped just like home, top of the line appliances, pots and pans, dishes and just about anything else you would want. We loved having all the beach gear available to use, chairs, high quality umbrella, cooler and more. Coming home at the end of a great day to a place that felt like home was perfect. Thanks for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!
