All the extra stuff, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel, fins, ice chest. They had every thing for the beach and then some. This house will be on our list for future visits.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this house is it's location in Kona and right on the beach. We saw whales and dolphins right from the family room. With the doors and windows open it literally sounds like you are on a boat, it's actually quite loud. The kitchen has everything you need, from blender to electric can openers as well as spices and cooking oils. The garage is fully stocked with air mattresses for sleeping and everything beach related you could need, in great shape. I think there were 7 boogie boards, umbrellas, straw mats, towels, two coolers, etc. We had to call PM to help us get the hot tub hot and he was very responsive. The road you are on is a little busy but there are many walkers, joggers and cyclists. We never used the sandbox area, it seems kind of old and musky down there! I would recommend the Wild Hawaiian Ocean Adventure tour, it's in a FAST navy SEAL boat and we did the 2 hour snorkelling adventure. We saw manta ray, dolphins and a tiger shark on the trip back to the marina.

It had a great location, to two very different beaches, and the morning view second to none.
