Our stay at Sea Village was glorious. Looks exactly like the listing (which is hard to find). The bed was incredibly comfortable, our Kona concierge was helpful, attentive and dedicated. Check in was easy and the other individuals staying on property were so lovely. We've made friends for life. The grills are kept immaculately clean, and we were able to grill up some dinner one night. Would highly recommend it to anyone who's considering. Can't wait to come back.

This property is close to perfect. Loved everything about it. The only small change I would make is to have some shared spices (salt/pepper, etc.) and olive oil for cooking readily available. The kitchen is great, offers everything you need to make meals there but some shared items to get started with would be helpful. Seems silly to buy or bring those items. Besides that this is a 5 STAR unit. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great for the few days we spent on the west side of the island. Good communication from the rental place through email and the little guidebook in the condo. The condo itself was spacious. The living room had a round dining table with 4 chairs, a couch and another comfy chair. Two ac units -one in the living room and one in the bedroom - along with the ceiling fans kept the place cool. There are instructions to turn off the ac if you leave for the day as electricity is expensive, but even then the condo never felt too hot and cooled quickly. It was quiet for the most part (some thumps and bumps could occasionally be hear) and there was work being done on a couple mornings but the ac units were loud so we didn’t hear anything really. Water pressure was good and the hot water was perfect! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils, but no condiments of any kind. The washer dryer were a bit old (the front of the washer was coming off the unit) but they worked great! The TV in the living room was also easy to use. There’s a TV in the bedroom too but we didn’t use that one. The condo did have snorkel gear and beach chairs along with a giant beach umbrella and two beach towels that definitely came in handy! The lanai was pretty and overlooked the bbq area, pool and ocean. Beautiful beautiful sunsets! The Pool and bbq area were really well kept and clean. While not right on a beach there were lots close by and downtown Kona was also super close to drive for lots of food and shops. Overall a nice stay. Thanks!

Our stay at this Sea Village condo was absolutely wonderful. The property is conveniently located and stocked with all the amenities you'd ever need, including all the beach gear you'd need for your stay. While cleaning in kitchen left a bit to be desired, we highly recommend this property and would love the opportunity to stay here again!
