Very quiet neighborhood, great views, nothing more to ask for. Place was clean and well cared for.

This place was amazing! Beautiful location, beautiful scenery, and beautiful sunsets! Excellent communication and very helpful! Would love to stay here again!

We stayed in unit 2301 for 14 days and it was absolutely perfect! This is a 3rd story end unit right on the water. It was very clean and the entire condo is well stocked with useful items for your stay. The wrap around lanai sold us on this unit versus others we were looking at. There are 3 total sliding glass doors which provide the perfect breeze through the condo. The sliding privacy wall was a nice feature, as it made the space feel much larger and let more light/air through during the day when we opened it up. The kitchen was full of cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, paper products, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, updated appliances, a few pantry items (cooking oil, salt/pepper), and cleaning products. We ended up running out of garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper about 4 days before our trip ended, but a quick trip to Target fixed that problem. There are 6 folding beach chairs, a roll-up beach blanket, snorkel gear, boogie boards, an ice chest, beach/pool towels and two large beach umbrellas available to use that made trips to the beach so wonderful! They also provided laundry soap, Kona Coast shampoo and body bar soap, and there were some bottles of sunscreen left under a bathroom sink. The only negative aspect to our trip was construction being done in the first floor condo below us, which went on for multiple days from morning until night. This was very frustrating as you cannot escape the noise anywhere in the condo. Sitting on the lanai for dinner wasn’t peaceful and serene as one would hope while in paradise. It was no fault of the property manager for this unit, so we just dealt with it. I also wish there would have been extra bedding (a light blanket or two) available instead of the two thin sheets on each bed, as some nights were colder than others. We encountered a few geckos in the condo at night (on the ceilings), but they don’t bother us. We did use some lemon cleaner (as instructed by the owner) in the condo to deter them, but they didn’t leave a trace near the kitchen so we weren’t concerned about them. The property has pool and tennis court access which my kids loved! Overall, this is a fantastic rental which we will be returning to!

Wonderful place! The kitchen has every tool that you might need (the only think I could not find was a ladle, but we were able to make do with a big spoon), and everything works! All things paper/detergent /cleaning/garbage bags etc. are in the appt, in sufficient quantity for a stay longer than ours was (11 days). You might need to get oil/pasta/salt/vinegar and the like, so check the cupboards before you go shopping. Took us a while to figure out that the bedroom nightstands were lighted :) but everything is beautiful and well taken care of inside the appt. The company that services the appt was great, and very responsive (somebody needed extra kitchen towels, but kept giving them the wrong appt number, so their towels were hand delivered to our appt, 3 times in 3 days). We did not have to ask for anything. One could possibly walk to the closest supermarket, or use the tramway to get to the mall from the stop in front of the complex, but most of the day it is hot and humid, so a car is good to have :) GPS is needed if you go inland, or trouble awaits you. The inland "highways" are indeed perched high into the mountains, and they are a "way" of getting places, but they are very narrow (one lane per direction), so plan to drive when you can see your surroundings. If you have the time, I highly recommend the submarine tour - it was like visiting another planet. We enjoyed the whole house, but the balcony was the top of the top - by far the best place we've stayed in Hawaii!

Condo very clean and well equipped. We’ll stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and boogie boards available to use. As always, the property is immaculate and the pool is great. Highly recommend this unit.

Great view and great place. Decorated very well. Had everything we needed for kitchen, lounging, fantastic sunsets.
