Wow, this is probably the nicest vacation property we have ever stayed at. Both the complex and condo were perfect. The photos don’t do this place justice. The unit was clean and had top of the line appliances including a washer and dryer. They had a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. They had two large smart TV’s in the unit. We feel we really lucked out with this unit and feel that the complex has to be one of the best complexes on the island. The complex was quiet and we really enjoy the oceanside swimming pool. We were able to sit on the beach and then move to the salt water pool while listening the crashing waves. We found it to be an easy walk to downtown Kona. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely return to Casa and unit 304. This was also one of the few units where you do not have to climb any steps.

I booked this property because it had very recently been completely renovated. The owners did a beautiful job. High end appliances, a nice firm bed, excellent smart TVs that allow you to use your Netflix or Prime accounts. Some rentals have old TVs that have only cable. This unit is fully air conditioned. This is a big plus for comfort. A Bosch washer and dryer are available. I believe it is a ventless dryer. It takes a VERY long time to dry anything, so plan ahead. The unit is on the south side of the complex which I think is preferable because it doesn't get direct sun. This makes the lanai more comfortable. This unit is perfect for two adults. I would not recommend it for small children. The two pools on the property are clean and lovely to swim in, but not suitable for small children. Kona Coast Vacations did an excellent job of keeping us informed about our reservation and provided excellent instructions for access to the unit. I would book this property directly with them.

The place was great! Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay again. The condo came with everything we needed. Great place.
