This rental is wonderful. D1 is perfectly located in a corner unit with ocean view. BBQ right outside. Quiet property, tranquil and relaxing. AC unit located in living room makes it difficult to chill the bedroom but that didn’t bother us. The washer/dryer and dishwasher unfortunately wasn’t draining properly and I reported it to maintenance. I will be returning here again.

Absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, right on the water. Easy access to everything. It’s one of the best places we have stayed on the islands!

The grounds are immaculately maintained. There are many wonderful outdoor areas to relax, barbecue, swim, read and take in the sunsets.

My husband and I feel this was the perfect condo for our first visit to the big island. David the concierge contacted us ahead of time and booked several excursions for us, all of which we had a fantastic experience! Check-in was easy with the keycode and the unit was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable. Kitchen had all amenities that we needed - the only thing of note was that we used the dishwasher twice and it did not clean the dishes well so had to rewash them by hand and then never bothered to use it again. The view was beautiful and we saw a pod of dolphins within an hour of our arrival out front and a beautiful rainbow out front the day we left. We used the handy bar b Q’s out front and the Sandy area is kept clean and tidy. We found the unit and property very quiet and relaxing. I used the pool several times and it is very clean with comfortable lounging chairs. The location of this building was also perfect. We drove north to a few beautiful beaches, across the island for a day trip to Hilo, and just a few minutes south is a beautiful snorkeling area. Close to Kona for excursion departures and restaurants. You won’t go wrong choosing this place for your stay.

This was literally the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. The location was excellent; proximate to downtown, but not so close that you are in the worst of the traffic on Alii Dr. The complex was very neat and the location of the unit was perfect (quietest corner, ground floor so you can walk off the lanai to the lawn and beach, away from parking so very quiet). The unit was furnished with very updated appliances and kitchen equipment. Even the blow dryer was great quality. The bed and linens were very soft. The professional management was very informative and attentive (although we did not need any assistance). We'd definitely seek out this place again.
