My family stayed in the Waikoloa Fairway Villas on the big island of Hawaii. Our accommodations were great, just like a home away from home. We ate the majority of our meals at our condo and used the washer and dryer for laundry. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and many other items in the condo for us to use at the pool or beach. The location was perfect- walking distance from the Queen’s marketplace and King’s Shops. The condo was very comfortable, family friendly, and the pool was part of our daily routine. My only complaints: 1) more than 5 garbage bags should be included for the price of the rental. My family stayed for 10 days, and ran out of kitchen garbage bags within 5 days. I asked for more garbage bags and was given more. However, I was told that I would need to purchase any additional garbage bags if needed. 2) No one under the age of 12 is allowed in the hot tub. In addition to this rule, there is a sign sat the hot tub stating there will be a $250 fine if this happens, and there are video cameras pointed at the hot tub. Seems like a little much. Overall, excellent place and would recommend. Nice barbecue area, nice little gym, beautiful property and excellent location.

The perfect condo! We’ve been coming to the Big Island for 10+ years and had a wonderful stay. Our two young kids enjoyed having the loft to themselves. The master bedroom was huge with a newly updated bathroom. The second bedroom worked out perfectly for my in-laws, it was also very spacious. The condo has beautiful furniture and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and baking. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

I just want to say I would give Kona Coast Rentals 5 out of 5 stars. Communication was fantastic throughout our stay and before as well. We loved Fairway F31 and we will definitely come back even for longer stay. Shout out to Asi for clarifying couple of questions that came up during our stay. It is wonderful to be able to reach a real person to have a conversation with.

We stayed at the Fairway Villa F31 and it was perfect!! Spotless clean, nice view facing the golf course, really big, open space.

What a beautiful condo! The updated bathrooms are awesome. I love the walk in master shower and the bright open feeling of the condo. The loft bedroom upstairs is open and spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked. The living room furniture is quite comfortable, especially the recliner chairs where I spent quite a bit of time reading. The lanai table and chairs make a great morning breakfast area. It is nice that the lanai faces north so it never gets direct sun. We especially appreciated having access to a small ice chest that we used almost daily at the beach.

Everything we needed was provided! Plus we found extras, beach chairs, umbrellas, even beach toys. The view of the golf course was beautiful! The infinity pool so relaxing. We would definitely stay here in the future!
