Great location. So much nicer than staying in a hotel.

This property is the best I’ve ever used. Location is walking distance to Kona town. The decor is so well done, you really feel like you are staying in someone’s HOME. Everything you need is here, from the kitchen necessities, the luxury of two bathrooms, the recreation equipment. Coolers, fins, boogie boards, water shoes, it had it all! Even covered parking. Highly recommended!!

This is an excellent location, close to everything and easy access to get to most of the sites near Kona. It is great to have a protected parking spot as well! Great place!

This condo is exactly as advertised. Spacious, well equipped, great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the heart of Kona (and that’s coming from an eighty year old). The ocean view from the lanai is even better than the photos show. We had initial problems with the tv and internet but these were promptly addressed by the management company. We did notice a “bug” problem but we were in a tropical climate. They did set traps. Fabulous property. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Would highly recommend.

The apt is well located in Kona, it is clean and nicely furnished (only one table tough). My boyfriend and I worked remotely from here for 3 weeks. The internet connection is fast and we had no problems doing multiple video calls contemporaneously. Occasionally, the WiFi would disconnect and we had to restart the router to regain access to internet. It is usually solved in about 10 minutes time, it happened a couple of times a week. Overall very nice and we would stay there again!

Everything about this condo was perfect! Great location. Beautifully decorated, kitchen was well equipped. Everything you needed for the beach was there. I loved every moment of my stay! Thank you.
