We absolutely loved renting this house. The entire process was made smooth and easy due to property managers and concierge. The house itself was well set up for guests with towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The backyard is what truly sets this property apart. It is absolutely spectacular, a true oasis. My family absolutely loved having breakfast outside and plenty of space to unwind and relax at the end of each day. If we ever had the chance to return to Kona we will absolutely book here again!

We made a good choice with this property. I was traveling with my adult children and my grandchildren. We loved the pool - we were going to Kauai later so we didn't miss any beach time. The house was great too, but having the pool, for us was the highlight. The water was deep enough for games but not too deep, so the older kids could play without much supervision. I spent a lot of time and morning coffee drinking in the lounge chairs that were actually in the pool. Great idea! The water temp was perfect too. No matter where you chose to sit in the backyard, the view was beautiful, mountains on one side, ocean on the other. The house was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We did lots of cooking. This was a so-called once-in-a-lifetime trip. If I ever return, or my family does, we would want to stay here again. Absolutely loved our time there. Thanks so much, we made many memories.

Charming home nestled in paradise! The landscaping is next-level gorgeous. Kona Concierge David was helpful and helped make reservations for a couple of activities. The luau was fun and the manta ray experience is not to be missed! Definitely a great vacation!

We had an absolute blast staying at this beautiful home. The check in process was easy, the house had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was used every day. I can't recommend staying here enough.

This home was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with a large sectional, dining table, big screen TV and laundry. The air conditioning was pleasant and tile floors were cool underfoot which was great to come home to after a day of activities. The decor set a fun vacation vibe throughout. The well equipped kitchen was roomy and faced the pretty front yard and was steps away from the backyard. We enjoyed preparing meals there and also made use of the outdoor bbq. The house has a nice layout with the ensuite master bedroom on one side of the house separate from the other 2 bedrooms which made for nice separation during our downtime. The mattresses were all very comfortable. The first night we actually got a bit cool and needed extra blankets. Management was quick to respond when we called. We spent a lot of time outside, walking in the peaceful gated neighborhood, lounging by the pool and hanging out in the dining spaces. There are other homes nearby but it feels very private thanks to all of the landscaping. We all loved the pool baja shelf with chairs that faced toward the sunset. Perfect for cocktail hour! Every morning the birds would chirp and sing providing a lovely tropical ambiance. We would sit outside every morning with our coffee and the birds came in closer for a look and to eat any crumbs we left. One evening we saw a family of Francolin birds with little babies. It was such a beautiful and well maintained setting. There was a sand volley ball court and a hammock. Didn't try the volley ball but the hammock was nice. The vegetation around the yard was beautiful with plumeria , fruit trees and coconut palms. The pool was a very pleasant temperature and fairly even depth (maybe 4'?) throughout. There is no deep end. Great for swimming and wading. Lastly, the neighborhood is nicely located in a quiet area that is easy access to Kona and very family friendly. We walked to the farmer's market in Kona and bought some fruit and souvenirs. We ate out at Jackie Rey's just up the road and had a very good dinner and cocktails (Best Mai Tai I have ever had! and the Passion Flow was delicious like a dessert, Yum!) There are explicitly stated quiet hours starting at 9PM. For us that was perfect as we were typically asleep by then. It would not be good for those who like to party into the night. We would be happy to stay here again, we had a restful and memorable stay. Mahalo!
